We collect your data to manage your membership and process payments. To keep you and others safe during sessions. To contact you about your bookings, schedule changes, and membership. To meet our legal obligations as a fitness business.
We do not use your data for anything outside of running your membership and keeping you informed about The Shelter.

If you do not want to appear in any recordings or social media content, you must opt out in writing by emailing theshelter@cobyallentraining.co.uk. We will act on your request from the point we receive it.
For members under the age of 18, we will collect written parental or guardian consent before using any footage on social media or in marketing materials. No content featuring anyone under 18 will be published without that consent.
7. Who We Share Your Data With
We use ClubRight to manage memberships and bookings. They process data on our behalf and are bound by their own data protection policies.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
In the event of a legal obligation, we may be required to share information with regulatory bodies or law enforcement.
8. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your membership records for up to 3 years after your membership ends. This is standard practice for financial and legal record-keeping purposes.
Health data is reviewed and deleted once it is no longer relevant to your training with us.
